All our products are made with an adherence to our quality standards and they pass through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you. Our products are natural, handmade, naturally dyed and artisan-made, which could lead to some colour and design variations- these shouldn’t be viewed as defects, rather as the individuality of that piece.

There are 2 cases in which we would accept a return request:

  1. An incorrect product has been shipped to you
  2. The product is unusable or otherwise damaged in transit

If you need to raise a return request for either of these 2 reasons, please email us on shop@dulaar.co with the subject line “Return request (Order Number)” and we will get back to you in 3 business days. Your email should include the reason for return as well as the relevant images of the issue (images of the products will need to be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all labels and hang tags attached and intact. Once our team investigates and confirms the return is valid, you will need to ship your order back to our office in Mumbai.

We do not offer refunds for any orders. After we receive the product return with all tags attached, we will offer you the option to exchange the returned product or collect a Gift Card. The Gift Card will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. We will not be including delivery charges as part of the Gift Card amount.
